Anxiety

Anxiety is the bodies natural response to stress. It's that feeling of fear of apprehension of whats to come. Some level of anxiety is normal, but if the feelings of anxiety are extreme, last longer than 6 months, or interfere with your daily life, you may have an anxiety disorder.

Depression

Depression is characterised by feelings of sadness, a persistently low mood, and a loss of interest in day to day activities. Although it is normal to have days when you are feeling down. If these feelings last longer than 6 months or interfere with your day to day life, you may be struggling with a depressive disorder.
