Individual therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore oneself and to work through life's challenges. This is never a simple process, but it is a rewarding one.


In individual therapy, we will collaborate to develop the skills needed to face lifes daily challenges. These challenges include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, oncology related challenges and other life challenges



Relationships can be hard work, but they can also be a source of fullfilment and meaning. 


Couples therapy helps couples work on preexisting challenges, develop healthy communication strategies, and restore physical and emotional intimacy.


Couples therapy can also assist couples in a healthy separation/divorce process. 

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing  is a specialised form of psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. EMDR is generally used in the treatment of:

  • Trauma

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Anxiety

Psychoeducational assessments comprise of:

This assessment is used to integrate your cognitive ability, scholastic aptitude, personality, values and interests, and study habits in order to determine which school subjects will provide you with an opportunity to flourish in your school and future career.

Career transition and career choice assessments focus on your cognitive ability, scholastic aptitude, personality, values, interests, and qualitative assessment tools in order to help facilitate a meaningful career planning.


Concession assessments are used to determine if a learner/student requires additional support to reach their full potential.

Social, emotional, and behavioural assessments are used to determine the appropriate support and interventions necessary to assist in addressing social, emotional and mental health care concerns in children and adolescents. 

Neuropsychological assessments are specialised assessments used to determine the extent of impairment to a particular area of functioning caused by a brain injury, brain disease, or other neurological factors.


Neuropsychological assessments generally focus on:


  • Attention and orientation

  • Memory and learning

  • Speech and language

  • Viso-spatial skills

  • Motor skills

  • Executive functioning

  • Social cognition
